Facilities and Maintenance
The Facilities and Maintenance department is responsible for the repair and maintenance, including custodial and grounds services, for all facilities owned or leased by the Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools office. Sites are located at 8 different locations throughout the county.
For routine maintenance, download the Maintenance Request and give to your immediate supervisor. Be sure to download the request form first, before editing the PDF, otherwise your changes will not be saved.

Meeting Room Requests
Meeting Room Requests for External Clients
To request a meeting room, please complete a Facility Use Application. Applicants may call the main office at (209) 536-2000 ext 0 to check for availability; however, the facility will not be confirmed for use until the Facility Use Application has been received and approved by an Office of Education representative. The applicant will receive a copy of the completed and approved application via fax. Once the Facility Use Application has been approved, specific room set-up may be requested by contacting Rose Sartin at (209) 536-2013.
Meeting Room Set-up Requests (Internal)
To reserve one of the meeting rooms (computer lab, large or small conference rooms), create a meeting request via Microsoft Outlook to the room you would like to reserve. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation or denial based on availability.
