Log in and complete your COVID-19 Health Screening daily, before starting your workday.

Use your TCSOS Google Account to verify your identity.

Employees that do not have COVID-19 vaccine records on file with human resources are required to be tested weekly.

Testing is located at the Main TCSOS Building and Soulsbyville School sites.

Setting up the Schools Self Screening App

Using the Schools Self Screening app is an easy way to complete your daily COVID-19 health screening. Follow these easy instructions to download, install, and set up your Smartphone to use the App.


Download the App for your Smartphone

To start, download the Schools Self Screening app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


Sign into the App

Once in the app, sign in using your Agency (TCSOS), Employee ID, Last Name, and Date of Birth. Contact HR if you need your Employee ID.


Daily Screen

For each day you’re scheduled to work, log into the app and select the location(s) you plan on visiting and complete the health screening questions. You will know instantly if you are approved to come to the office.
