Teacher effectiveness is at the heart of student learning and success.  It is critical that every day in every classroom, students are exposed to the best instructional practices and strategies.  Strongly related to student success is the support and guidance provided by outstanding site leadership.  A well trained and effective administrator can provide the support and guidance to teachers that ensure students receive the highest quality instructional program possible.  Just as professional development is critical to the success of teachers and students, so too, administrators benefit from high-quality professional development focused on the tools and skills to successfully communicate with employees.

Through the FRISK professional development program, administrators learn the skills necessary to enhance employee commitment and cooperation necessary to improve their performance; deepen the employees understanding of high-quality instruction, and influence employee’s change in performance utilizing key communication skills.
