This September, TCSOS is celebrating Attendance Awareness Month with a fun burger-themed campaign. Each week we’ll share practical tips, family resources, and reminders to help students succeed. When students attend regularly, they not only keep up in class — they also grow socially, emotionally, and prepare for future success.

Prizes

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, will be awarded for each Age Category

Art Supplies

1st Place winners receive art supplies for their classrooms.

Poster

Requirements

Size: Minimum 8.5″ x 11″; Maximum 11″ x 17″.

Content: Reflect the theme with creative, simple, and clear messages.

Materials: Artwork should be created using traditional mediums, excluding digital art and photography.

Originality: Posters must be original. Copied designs from published posters or past contests will be disqualified.

Prohibited Content: No violent scenes, brand names, or copyrighted images such as cartoon or TV characters.

Accuracy: Posters with misspellings will be disqualified. Double-check your spelling!

Submission 

Details

  • Write your full name, grade, teacher, and school on the back of the poster.
  • Do not include identifying personal information on the front. All posters will be returned to the students.
  • Drop off posters at your school office or TCSOS at 175 Fairview Lane, Sonora.
  • Only one (1) entry per student is allowed.
  • Posters must be submitted organized and clearly labeled on the back.
  • TCSOS reserves the right to modify entries for printing purposes.

JUDGES WILL EVALUATE POSTERS BASED ON:

  • Creativity: Original and imaginative ideas.
  • Visual Impact: How eye-catching and neat the poster looks.
  • Theme Connection: How well the poster reflects the prompt.
