SELPA Policies



The Tuolumne County SELPA Governing Board is responsible for reviewing and approving all SELPA policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. The policies and procedures adopted by the Governance Council under the authority of the adopting local education agency board have the same status and authority as other board policies. Policies governing the Tuolumne County SELPA are adopted and included in the Local Plan. By participating in the Local Plan, member local education agencies agree to carry out the responsibilities assigned within the plan, policies, and procedures.
