On Monday, January 19, all Tuolumne County schools and Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools offices will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
This national holiday honors the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., whose leadership helped advance civil rights through nonviolent action, service, and a steadfast commitment to justice and equality. Dr. King’s work continues to remind us of the important role education plays in strengthening democracy and fostering understanding within our communities.
