The Pledge Across Tuolumne returns for its second season starting this Friday, August 15! Each week, students from schools across Tuolumne County will lead our community in the Pledge of Allegiance, airing at 7:50 AM every Friday on KKBN 93.5 FM.
This week’s pledge was recorded at this year’s Mad About Science program, featuring 220 students and their 11 amazing educators who spent a week exploring STEM together.
Our Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools, Zack Abernathy, shares this back-to-school reminder:
“In this community we work as a team: students, families, educators, and neighbors. So be neighborly, say hello, and work together. Be patient with drop-off lanes, buses, and school employees. When we look out for one another, every student wins, and everybody is able to lead, learn, and grow.”
