This program identifies the do’s and don'ts of email and offers suggestions for writing emails in a way that captures the attention of the recipient and gives them all the pertinent information. The presentation includes information about subject lines, format, content, emotions, grammar and punctuation, signatures, and the use of CCs and BCCs.
