The Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools is now accepting applications to fill vacancies on the Tuolumne County Board of Education for Trustee Areas 1 and 6.
These appointments offer a valuable opportunity for community members to contribute to the leadership and governance of public education across Tuolumne County. Board members play an important role in supporting students, guiding programs, and helping shape the future of education in our region.
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a resident of the respective trustee area (Area 1 or Area 6)
- Be a registered voter
- Be at least 18 years of age
Applications are due by Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Candidates selected for consideration should be prepared to interview at a Board meeting scheduled for May 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
