Sometimes, it’s hard to identify who has experienced trauma or how they have been impacted. As part of our EAP Learning Sessions, this class explores strategies for understanding and recognizing trauma to improve the workplace and ourselves.
The immune system is complex, intricate, and interesting. As part of our EAP Learning Sessions, we will take a look at how your immune system works so you can understand what it is doing for you each day, as well as the effects that nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress have on your immune system.
General Education Teachers play a critical role in supporting students with IEPs in inclusive settings. This training will provide information and valuable opportunities to explore effective structures and supports at the systems and teacher level resulting in increased outcomes for students with disabilities.
